An Electronic Active Film, A Device, And Methods Thereof
Abstract: ABSTRACT AN ELECTRONIC ACTIVE FILM, A DEVICE, AND METHODS THEREOF The present disclosure provides an electronic active film comprising: a) a layer 5 comprising a perovskite compound of formula AxByXz having a top surface and a bottom surface; and b) a plurality of perovskite nanocrystals of formula A’aB’bX’c coated on at least one portion of the top surface of the layer comprising the perovskite compound. The present disclosure further provides a device comprising the electrode active film as disclosed herein. Furthermore, 10 the present disclosure provides a process for preparing the electronic active film as disclosed herein and a method of fabricating the device as disclosed herein.
