Abstract: “A piezoelectric material and preparation thereof” The present invention relates to the field of thin film materials, specifically to piezoelectric material. The present invention relates to a method for fabricating piezoelectric material and also relates to a device comprising piezoelectric material. The present invention enables the formation of high-quality epitaxial STO films exhibiting tailored electronic and memristive behavior. The present invention offers improved performance in resistive switching, neuromorphic devices, and next-generation oxide electronic devices.
