Conveyer Belt Table Cleaner

Abstract: CONVEYER BELT TABLE CLEANER The present invention relates to an automatic table-cleaning device designed for use in hub bearing production systems or similar industrial environments. The device is a Bluetooth-controlled robotic cleaner consisting of three main components: a moving vehicle, a rotating conveyor belt, and a grabbing mechanism. Controlled via an Arduino Uno microcontroller and HC-05 Bluetooth module, the vehicle moves across the table surface using motors driven by an L293D motor driver. Upon user command, a conveyor belt mechanism is activated to operate in a reverse direction, collecting dust and debris from the table and transferring it into a rear-mounted waste collection box. The conveyor system is constructed using lightweight materials such as cardboard, pipes, and polythene sheets, simulating an escalator-like mechanism for efficient debris handling. A grabbing mechanism, driven by an additional motor, aids in guiding waste onto the belt. This portable, low-cost, and semi-autonomous cleaning device enhances workplace hygiene and productivity by reducing manual effort in routine cleaning tasks.
