Semiconductor Material And Process For Preparation Thereof
Abstract: ABSTRACT “SEMICONDUCTOR MATERIAL AND PROCESS FOR PREPARATION THEREOF” The present disclosure relates to a semiconductor material and process for preparing thereof. The semiconductor material comprises compounds of chromium with at least 5 one of nitrogen and oxygen, integrated onto a substrate. The chromium compounds are present as compounds of formula CrNxOy, or CrOpNq or their mixtures, wherein x and y are present in any of the ratio selected from 0:1, 1:1 or 1:0, and p and q are present in any of the ratio selected from 0:1, 1:1, 1:0, or 2:1. The present disclosure also relates to a semiconductor device comprising the 10 proposed semiconductor material.
