Systems And Methods For Digital Presentation Management

Abstract: The present invention may provide a method and system for automatically identifying updatable regions in an electronic document. The method may begin by extracting visual elements (e.g., images, shapes) and textual elements (e.g., paragraphs, headings) from the document, then analyzing each element according to visual characteristics (such as layout or color) and semantic characteristics (such as part-of-speech or keyword relevance). Next, the elements may be grouped into candidate regions based on shared attributes (for example, proximity, style, or semantic similarity). For each region, a set of confidence scores may be generated—each score reflecting the likelihood that the region corresponds to an updatable region under different analytical criteria. These scores may be combined to compute an aggregate score per region, which may be compared against predefined threshold conditions. Regions whose aggregate score meets or exceeds the threshold may be tagged as updatable regions. Fig. 12 is the representative figure.
