Abstract: ABSTRACT Microfluidic device and methods thereof The present disclosure provides a microfluidic device (100) for assessing the metastatic potential of cancer cells. The said microfluidic device (100) is designed to replicate in vivo blood vascular 5 structures and simulate various physiological and pathological stresses encountered within the body. The disclosure further provides a method for assessing the effect of such stress on cancer cells using the microfluidic device (100), optionally in combination with an integrated high-speed imaging system.
