Abstract: SUPER RESOLUTION META-LENS SURFACE AND METHOD OF DESIGNING SUPER RESOLUTION META-LENS SURFACE ABSTRACT The present disclosure generally relates to optical systems, in particular to super-resolution meta-lens surface and method of designing the super resolution meta-lens surface in optical systems. The super-resolution meta-lens surface comprises phase mask placed on circular plane, in which phase mask further comprises plurality of nano particles, in which arrangement of plurality of nano particles, are determined based on phase profile comprising at least polynomial function assigned to phase mask. In an embodiment, plurality of nano particles have diffraction properties to direct incident waves from plane wave source to destination plane, in which destination plane produces sub-diffraction hotspot of incident waves. Further, in an embodiment, the polynomial function comprises coefficients to adjust a Full Width at Half Maximum (FWHM) value of the sub-diffraction hotspot at the destination plane.
