Abstract: ABSTRACT OF THE INVENTION The patent disclosure covers System and Method for lOT Based Weather Report Generation and Prediction Using Machine Learning. This patent disclosure covers a smart weather reporting system over the internet, enabling individuals to directly access online weather status without relying on a weather forecasting agency. Additionally, the system forecasts the weather based on an existing weather database, utilizing temperature, humidity, wind speed, and rain sensors for real-time monitoring and statistical reporting. The system continually monitors temperature, humidity, and rain using dedicated sensors, transmitting this data to a microcontroller. The microcontroller processes and transmits the. information to an online web server via a Wi-Fi connection, facilitating live updates on the online server system. Furthermore, users can forecast weather conditions by applying a Data Mining Algorithm to the existing database. The KNN algorithm is specifically employed for predicting weather status based on live reports delivered by the Internet of Things (loT). TN summary, the IoT-based weather reporting and forecasting system presented herein offer an efficient, internet-based solution for users seeking real-time weather information and forecasts.

DESCRIPTION
The patent disclosure covers System and Method for lOT Based Weather Report Generation and Prediction Using
Machine Learning.
In the proposed patent, an advanced solution for monitoring the weather conditions at a particular place and
make the information visible anywhere in the world. The technology behind this is Internet of Things (loT),
which is an advanced and efficient solution for connecting the things to the internet and to connect the entire
world of things in a network. Here things might be whatever like electronic gadgets, sensors and automotive
electronic equipment. The system deals with monitoring and controlling the environmental conditions like
temperature, relative humidity, wind speed and rain level with sensors and sends the information to the web
page and then plot the sensor data as graphical statistics. The data updated from the implemented system
can be accessible in the internet from anywhere in the world. Also system allows user to forecast the weather
condition based on the existing database by applying Data Mining Algorithm. For this purpose KNN algorithm
is used to predict the weather status based on the live report delivered by the IOT
Detailed Description of the Project
1. Sensor In sensor page, Connect various weather sensors to measure temperature, humidity, pressure,
wind speed, and other relevant weather parameters.
2. Data Acquisition In data acquisition, Collect data from the sensors and transmit it to a central processing
unit for further analysis. Using microcontroller (Arduino, Raspberry Pi}, communication modules (Wi·Fi
module, GSM module, LoRa module}.
3. Data Processing In data processing, pre-process raw sensor data to clean, format, and prepare it for
analysis.
4. Machine Learning Model In machine learning model page, develop and train machine learning models
for weather prediction based on hislorical data .
5. Model Integration In model integration page, integrate the trained machine learning model into the
system to make reial·time predictions
6. User Interface Module In this page, develop a user interface for users to interact with the system, view
real-lime weather data, and access predictions.
7. Cloud Integration Module In cloud integration module, integrate with cloud service's to store and manage
data, as well as deploy machine learning models.
8. Alerts and Notifications In this page, implement a system lo send alerts and nullifications based on
predicted severe weather conditions.
9. Security Module In security module, implement security measures to protect the system from
unauthorized access and data breaches.
10. Localization Module Incorporate location-based services to provide weather information specific to the
user's location.

collected data and analysis results will be available to the WI-FI
7. The smart way to monitor environment an efficient, low cost embedded system is presented in this
paper. It also sent the sensor parameters to the cloud.
