Abstract: 6. ABSTRACT OF THE INVENTION The patent disclosure covers System and Method for Scheduling Asynchronous Virtual Video Interviews. This patent disclosure covers Novel System and method of using virtual meeting which is increasing for scheduling interview, it has more benefits for both recruiter and candidate. MCQ questions are predefined by recruiter and it is attended by candidate with or without camera, microphone, timing· access. We have surveyed some virtual interviews. But they have the chance to search the question and answer like if each MCQ have time with camera also, candidate can able to search answer. Only face to face interview has able to understand the candidate's knowledge. To overcome this, we have to get the real-time experience of face to face in virtual. For virtual interview, we don't want any recruiter want to present. They have to predefine the questions with time. Then candidate can able to attend the interview with camera and microphone access. Then recruiter can able to see that recorded interview at any time.
4. DESCRIPTION
The patent disclosure covers System and Method for Scheduling Asynchronous Virtual Video Interviews.
In the proposed patent, we have more security to restrict the mal practice. If anyone try to do also, it will be
caught by recruiter. In this application, it is very easy to use from user perspective. Like to apply to jobs, one
clicks to apply job from candidate view. To schedule interview, they want to schedule just with the same of
the set. If candidate completed the interview, recruiter can able to see all the recorded video for each job in
a single page.

1. Sign Up Create a new account in this web application, go to sign up page. It has input fields for name,
DOB, email id, password. After user gives all the input fields and click sign up button, it validates the
information and store into database and redirects to edit resume page.
2. Edit Resume After sign up or user want to edit their resume in this page. User have to give their job,
qualification, description, about and so on details. They save that details after clicking update button. If user
already gave that details, now user want to edit that means, fields are prefilled already by user details, they
want to update whichever want.
3. Login In login page, it has two fields username and password. It will validate the username and password
and filling and submitting the form. If the account is verified successfully and if that account belongs to
N candidate, it will redirect to jobs page and if that account belongs to recruiter, it will redirect to employer

4. Jobs In jobs page, posted jobs are shown in the center. If user clic~s the specific job, it will go to that
specific job page. In right side of the page, my interviews column is present. Under this title, it wiU show the
job title and company title with icon of interview type. If user click that block of each interview, modal dialog
will open.
5. Interview Module In Interview modal dialog box, it shows the instruction for that interview ahd details of
the interview like end date, subject of the interview. Users wants to take that interview; user want to click the
begin interview button. Then questions with timer wiU display and at the end, it wiU upload to server and
shows completed message in this module.
6. Specific Job In this page, which job is clicked by the user, that job details are shown end to end here. It
shows the start date, expiry date, description, industry, function, salary, qualification, skin sets of this job. If
user want to apply for this job, click apply button.
N 7. Employer Dashboard In employer dashboard, it has list of jobs which are posted by that recruiter, has a

8. Post Job After recruiter clicks post job button in employer dashboard page, it shows the input fields for
start date, expiry date, description, industry, function, salary, qualification, skill sets and so on of this job.
After filling the fields, click save button to post the jobs.
9. Employer Job Dashboard After recruiter clicks the specific job in employer dashboard page, it shows
exactly as in specific job page. In addition to this, it has edit button and it shows the candidates who are all
applied for that specific job.
10. Edit Job After recruiter clicks edit job button in employer dashboard page, it goes to edit job page. In
this page, it shows the pre filled input field details of the job whichever gave by the recruiter which is editable,
recruiter change the inputs and update the details.
11. View Set After recruiter clicks question set in employer dashboard page, it goes to view set page. It lists
the sets which are created by that recruiter. It shows sets, edit, delete for each set. And it shows add a new
set button. If user wants to delete a set, want to click delete belongs to that set.
12. Add Set After recruiter clicks add a new in view set page, it goes to add a new set page. It has input
13. Edit Set After recruiter clicks edit button in specific set, it goes to edit set page. It has prefilled input fields
of the set which is editable.
14. View Question After recruiter clicks question in view set page, it goes to view question page. It lists the
question which are created by that recruiter belongs to clicked set. It shows questions, edit, delete for each
question. And it shows add a new question button. If user wants to delete a question, want to click delete
belongs to that question.
15. Add and Edit Question After recruiter clicks add a new in view question page, it goes to add a new
question page. It has input fields of question, time for creating a new set.
