Field of Invention
[001] Embodiments of the present invention generally relate to a personal growth tracker and particularly to a digital wellbeing system for facilitating personal growth.
Description of Related Art
[002] Personal development tools have advanced significantly over the last decade, with a range of digital platforms supporting journaling, mindfulness, and wellness. Journaling applications provide digital diaries that allow users to capture thoughts and experiences. Meditation platforms deliver guided sessions to help users achieve calmness and better focus. Goal-tracking systems attempt to assist individuals in maintaining discipline by employing reminders or milestone-based frameworks. Despite these features, current solutions remain fragmented and fail to capture the holistic nature of ethical, spiritual, and emotional growth.
[003] The wellness technology sector has expanded with wearables and digital trackers that monitor sleep, activity, and other biometric data. These devices provide useful insights into physical states but do not connect them with moral or emotional development. Spirituality-focused applications exist in the form of guided content, community forums, or mindfulness tools, yet these remain limited to surface-level engagement without structured accountability. In addition, commercial practices often address productivity, physical health, or mental relaxation separately, that leaves a gap in systems that address integrated self-improvement from a values-based perspective.
[004] In parallel, blockchain and artificial intelligence technologies have transformed multiple industries. Blockchain has found use in finance, medical data storage, and academic credential verification due to its secure and tamper-proof architecture. Artificial intelligence has enabled adaptive learning systems, personal assistants, and health-related predictive models. However, applications that combine these advanced technologies with human-centric growth objectives have not reached maturity. No comprehensive solution appears to unify emotional, spiritual, and ethical aspects of personal progress with secure and personalized digital frameworks.
[005] There is thus a need for an improved and advanced digital wellbeing system for facilitating personal growth that can administer the aforementioned limitations in a more efficient manner.
SUMMARY
[006] Embodiments in accordance with the present invention provide a digital wellbeing system for facilitating personal growth. The digital wellbeing system comprising a computer device, comprising a first processor, adapted to receive user input. The digital wellbeing system further comprising a second processor located on an application server. The digital wellbeing system further comprising a communication network adapted to establish a communicative link connecting the computer device to the application server. The digital wellbeing system further comprising a storage medium comprising programming instructions executable by the second processor. The second processor is configured to receive the user input comprising reflections, intentions, actions, sentiments, or a combination thereof through an interactive interface installed in the computer device; analyze the received user input with an artificial intelligence algorithm to generate personalized feedback based on predefined cultural frameworks, ethical frameworks, spiritual frameworks, or a combination thereof; record the user input and corresponding feedback on a blockchain ledger to ensure secure and tamper-proof storage; generate a non-tradeable reward token associated with user progress. The generated non-tradeable reward token is indicative of ethical development, moral development, or a combination thereof; and provide the user with visual inferences on the interactive interface for tracking a personal growth over time.
[007] Embodiments in accordance with the present invention further provide a method for facilitating personal growth. The method comprising steps of receiving a user input comprising reflections, intentions, actions, sentiments, or a combination thereof through an interactive interface installed in a computer device; analyzing the received user input with an artificial intelligence algorithm to generate personalized feedback based on predefined cultural frameworks, ethical frameworks, spiritual frameworks, or a combination thereof; recording the user input and corresponding feedback on a blockchain ledger to ensure secure and tamper-proof storage; generating a non-tradeable reward token associated with user progress. The generated non-tradeable reward token is indicative of ethical development, moral development, or a combination thereof; and providing the user with visual inferences on the interactive interface for tracking a personal growth over time.
[008] Embodiments of the present invention may provide a number of advantages depending on their particular configuration. First, embodiments of the present application may provide a digital wellbeing system for facilitating personal growth.

The digital wellbeing system 100 may allow a user to log daily reflections, sentiments, intentions, and acts of kindness through an individualized mobile or web interface. The digital wellbeing system 100 leverages Artificial Intelligence models to study behavioral habits and provide individualized guidance, spiritual prompts, and virtue-led challenges based on cultural or philosophical systems selected by the user. Every input may be irrevocably recorded by blockchain technology, securing tamper-free records, openness, and eternal responsibility. The digital wellbeing system 100 differs from typical apps in the sense that users may be rewarded in terms of non-tradeable reward token(s) instead of cash, promoting internal motivation over wealth. The non-tradeable reward token(s) may unlock meditative experiences, visual dashboards of ethical progress, and milestones for inner transformation. The non-tradeable reward token(s) may promote intrinsic motivation and blocks extrinsic approval.

For example, when the wearable detects physiological stress, the Artificial Intelligence models may prompt the user through the interactive interface 104 to engage in a guided breathing exercise or a context-specific ethical reflection tailored to the user’s cultural framework. The results of the exercise, including improvements in biometric markers and the user’s self-reported state, may be immutably recorded on the blockchain ledger 108. a computer device (102) comprising a first processor (106), adapted to receive user input;
an application server (110) comprising a second processor (112), and adapted to establish a communicative link with the computer device (102) using a communication network (114), characterized in that the second processor (112) is configured to:
receive the user input comprising reflections, intentions, actions, sentiments, or a combination thereof through an interactive interface (104) installed in the computer device (102);
analyze the received user input with an artificial intelligence algorithm to generate personalized feedback based on predefined cultural frameworks, ethical frameworks, spiritual frameworks, or a combination thereof;
record the user input and corresponding feedback on a blockchain ledger (108) to ensure secure and tamper-proof storage;
generate a non-tradeable reward token associated with user progress, wherein the generated non-tradeable reward token is indicative of ethical development, moral development, or a combination thereof; and
provide the user with visual inferences on the interactive interface (104) for tracking a personal growth over time.
2. The digital wellbeing system (100) as claimed in claim 1, wherein the user input comprise biometric data obtained from the computer device (102).
3. The digital wellbeing system (100) as claimed in claim 1, wherein the artificial intelligence algorithm employs natural language processing to interpret textual reflections of a user.
4. The digital wellbeing system (100) as claimed in claim 1, wherein the blockchain ledger (108) is configured to store user records in a decentralized and immutable format.
5. The digital wellbeing system (100) as claimed in claim 1, wherein the personalized feedback comprises virtue-based challenges, spiritual prompts, ethical guidance, or a combination thereof.
6. The digital wellbeing system (100) as claimed in claim 1, wherein the non-tradeable reward token is redeemable for unlocking meditative experiences or milestone-based content within the digital wellbeing system (100).
7. The digital wellbeing system (100) as claimed in claim 1, wherein the interactive interface (104) represents karmic development through graphical progress indicators, historical timelines, virtue-based analytics, or a combination thereof.
8. The digital wellbeing system (100) as claimed in claim 1, wherein the blockchain ledger (108) employs smart contracts to validate and authenticate user entries.
9. A method (200) for facilitating personal growth, the method (200) is characterized by steps of:
receiving a user input comprising reflections, intentions, actions, sentiments, or a combination thereof through an interactive interface (104) installed in a computer device (102);
analyzing the received user input with an artificial intelligence algorithm to generate personalized feedback based on predefined cultural frameworks, ethical frameworks, spiritual frameworks, or a combination thereof;
recording the user input and corresponding feedback on a blockchain ledger (108) to ensure secure and tamper-proof storage;
generating a non-tradeable reward token associated with user progress, wherein the generated non-tradeable reward token is indicative of ethical development, moral development, or a combination thereof; and
providing the user with visual inferences on the interactive interface (104) for tracking a personal growth over time.
10. The method (200) as claimed in claim 9, wherein the blockchain ledger (108) employs smart contracts to validate and authenticate user entries.
