Stakeholders including students, faculty, parents, management, and industry partners register authenticated accounts and receive customised dashboards tailored to their roles. Academic records, feedback, and performance updates are synchronised from multiple databases into a unified repository. A placement interface enables industry partners to advertise jobs and internships, view student profiles, and interact directly with faculty and students, while students can apply and track application status. Secure communication modules support chat, announcements, and feedback loops among all stakeholders. An AI-based monitoring engine analyses engagement and academic patterns to recommend actions and send intelligent alerts. Admin dashboards provide high-level oversight and reporting. By integrating academic tracking, placement management, and multi-directional communication in a single platform, the invention increases transparency, fosters early industry involvement, and enables timely interventions for improved educational outcomes.
Description:FIELD OF THE INVENTION
This invention relates to education technology and stakeholder engagement platforms. More particularly, it concerns a system and method for integrating academic monitoring, placement management, and multi-directional communication among students, faculty, parents, management, and industry partners within a single platform.
BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
Current education systems do not have a shared platform upon which faculties, students, parents, the management, and industry experts would be able to interact and successfully collaborate on academic and placement matters. This provides fragmented communications, limited parent involvement, and tardy or ineffectual industry involvement.
US12333963B2: A computer-implemented method and a smart-learning and knowledge retrieval system (SLKRS) are provided for imparting adaptive and personalized e-learning based on continually artificially learned unique characteristics of a knowledge seeker. A chatbot platform with a chatbot interface provides for interaction between the knowledge seeker, a parent, a teacher, or another stakeholder. The chatbot platform allows multiple channels of engagement. The chatbot platform provides translation services comprising text to speech and speech to text service. The chatbot platform integrates third-party services into its responses to the user and queries from the user through the integration module. The chatbot platform performs pattern recognition and checks simplified and rephrased questions against a knowledge base. The chatbot platform uses conversation audits to train artificial intelligence and machine learning algorithms, to generate an appropriate response to the query of the knowledge seeker.
US20220253963: A method for pushing a data within a template in an educational setting comprising: scanning, via a first user device, a first tag, said first user device having first a unique ID and said first tag being a master tag and comprising a first tag ID; scanning, via a second user device, a second tag, said second user device having a second unique ID and said second tag having a second tag ID and being controlled by said master tag; defining a template being loaded onto said second user device upon the scanning of the second tag; and wherein the template comprises data corresponding to said second tag ID, said second unique ID, and a time corresponding to the scanning of said second tag.
Existing educational ecosystems use multiple disjointed tools for teaching, placement, and communication—such as separate learning management systems, placement portals, and messaging apps. These tools do not interoperate, resulting in fragmented workflows, delayed feedback, limited parental visibility, and superficial industry participation. The present invention solves these problems by providing a unified platform where all stakeholders can register, communicate, access dashboards tailored to their role, monitor performance, advertise or apply for jobs, and receive intelligent notifications, thereby enabling transparency, collaboration, and proactive career planning.
SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION
This summary is provided to introduce a selection of concepts, in a simplified format, that are further described in the detailed description of the invention.
This summary is neither intended to identify key or essential inventive concepts of the invention and nor is it intended for determining the scope of the invention.
The invention provides an integrated stakeholder engagement platform combining academic tracking, placement interface, and secure multi-directional communication. An integrated, real-time, stakeholder interaction platform bringing together academic tracking, parental support, and industry collaboration for placements in one system.
The invention comprises a user registration module where stakeholders—students, faculty, parents, management, and industry representatives—create authenticated accounts.
Each stakeholder receives a customised dashboard tailored to their role. Student dashboards display course schedules, grades, and placement opportunities. Faculty dashboards show class rosters, feedback reports, and communication tools. Parent dashboards provide real-time academic performance and attendance visibility. Industry dashboards offer job posting, internship management, and candidate search functions. Management dashboards aggregate analytics for oversight.
A central data integration module synchronises academic records, attendance, performance metrics, and feedback from multiple institutional databases into a unified repository.
A placement interface module enables industry partners to advertise jobs and internships, search student profiles, and interact with faculty or students. It also allows students to apply for positions and track application status.
A secure communication module supports chat, announcements, and feedback loops between all stakeholders. Messages are encrypted and routed through role-based access control.
An AI-driven monitoring engine analyses engagement metrics and academic patterns to recommend interventions, identify at-risk students, and trigger intelligent notifications to appropriate stakeholders.
A reporting and feedback module provides stakeholders with regular insights, analytics, and suggestions, enabling continuous improvement.
Management oversight features give administrators high-level dashboards for monitoring institutional performance, tracking placement outcomes, and coordinating with industry partners.
Role-based permissions ensure that stakeholders see only relevant data while preserving privacy and confidentiality.
The platform may be deployed on cloud infrastructure or on-premise servers and accessed through web or mobile interfaces.
Security measures include encryption, authentication, and compliance with educational data protection standards.
The architecture is modular, allowing new features or stakeholders to be added without disrupting existing workflows.
By combining registration, dashboards, data integration, placement, communication, AI monitoring, and management oversight in one system, the invention delivers a comprehensive solution for stakeholder engagement in education.
