Wireless Truck Scale System

Abstract: ABSTRACT WIRELESS TRUCK SCALE SYSTEM Disclosed herein is a wireless weighbridge system (100) to measure weight of an object and a 5 method thereof. The system (100) includes a plurality of digital loadcells (1) configured to measure a load applied on a weighbridge platform. A junction board (2) is configured to receive load data from the plurality of digital loadcells. A first wireless communication module (3), associated with the junction board, is configured to transmit the load data to a control unit (4). The control unit is configured to validate and process the load data received from the first 10 wireless communication module, by performing predefined validation techniques, to determine weight of object. A second wireless communication module (5) is configured to transmit the load data, validated and processed by the control unit. A display module (6) is configured to display weight of the object based on the load data received from the second wireless communication module. 15 Figure 1
