Abstract: An endoscope includes: an insertion part including a distal end part that includes an ultrasound transducer array, and a bendable part that is provided on a proximal end side of the distal end part; and a bending operation part that is capable of performing a bending operation on the bendable part, the bendable part includes a first region, and a second region between the first region and the distal end part, the first region is bent toward a side of a surface of the distal end part on which the ultrasound transducer array is provided in a case where the bending operation part is operated in a first range, and the second region is held in a state of extending along an axis of the distal end part in a case where the bending operation part is operated in the first range.
