Abstract: In a drive control device (1), when only some of a plurality of internal combustion engines (91a, 91b) are started, a first inverter (12a, 12b) that is connected to a non-started internal combustion engine (91a, 91b) via a generator (92a, 92b) and a converter (11a, 11b) converts AC power supplied from a first inverter (12a, 12b) that is connected to a started internal combustion engine (91a, 91b) via a generator (92a, 92b) and a converter (11a, 11b) into DC power, and supplies the converted DC power to at least one of the converter (11a, 11b) and a power storage device (13a, 13b).
