Mask

Abstract: [Problem] To provide a mask with which it is possible to easily form a three-dimensional shape that can ensure a favorable contact with a wearer’s face during use, and easily maintain a favorable use state. [Solution] A mask 1 comprises a mask body 2 exposed to the outside and ear loops 4, 4 on both sides of the mask body 2. The mask body 2 is provided with a central portion 6 that covers a central portion of the wearer’s face along a vertical direction, folded portions 7, 7 that are connected to sides of the central portion 6 and folded along the vertical direction of the mask body 2, and side portions 8, 8 that are connected to sides of the folded portions 7, 7 and cover sides of the wearer’s face. The central portion 6 includes upper tapered portions 10, 10 and lower tapered portions 11, 11 that have widths in a left-right direction being reduced from the central portion 6 toward an upper side and a lower side respectively. In the mask body 2, the folded portions 7, 7 are folded when not used, and the folded portions 7, 7 are raised by tension of the ear loops 4, 4 during use to form a three-dimensional shape.
