Slot Type Spray Nozzle

Abstract: Provided is a slot-type spray nozzle which is small-sized and light-weight, has excellent handleability, and can form a coating film thinly, widely, and evenly on a broad base material. This slot-type spray nozzle comprises at least two nozzle blocks, two air shim plates, two partition shim plates, and one coating-fluid shim plate, these components having been stacked in this order from the outer sides and firmly fastened as a whole in the stacking direction by fixing bolts. The slot-type spray nozzle has a coating-fluid manifold extending in the width direction and an air manifold extending in the width direction. The fixing bolts firmly fasten the slot-type spray nozzle at positions nearer to the coating-fluid ejection surface than both the coating-fluid manifold and the air manifold.
