Abstract: Provided is an inspection device or the like that can more reliably distinguish and detect the presence or absence of a hole portion and the quality related to the thickness of a container film by using a single imaging means. An inspection device 21 comprises: a single camera 52 that can image light transmitted through the container film to obtain brightness image data; and an image processing device 53 that determines the quality of a container film 3 on the basis of the brightness image data. An illumination device 51 irradiates at the same time the container film with light of a wavelength ?0, of which the transmittance of light to the camera 52 side varies depending on the thickness of the container film, and light of a wavelength ?1 lower than the wavelength ?0, which does not pass through the container film. The image processing device 53 determines regions with higher brightness than the brightness L1 to be a hole portion, in the brightness image data, and determines the quality related to the thickness of the container film on the basis of the brightness of regions with lower brightness than L1 in the brightness image data.
