Abstract: A device for battery discharging for shipping according to an embodiment of the present invention may comprise: a charge and discharge unit which is connected to one or more battery cells and performs charging and discharging of the one or more battery cells; a measurement unit which provides, to a control unit, relevant measurement values measured by monitoring each of the battery cells; and the control unit which controls the charge and discharge unit to perform, with reference to a preconfigured discharge capacity, first discharging for the one or more battery cells according to a first current value, and to perform, with reference to a preconfigured voltage, second discharging for the one or more battery cells according to a second current value that varies according to a detailed time interval.
