Battery Diagnosis Apparatus And Battery Diagnosis Method

Abstract: A battery diagnosis apparatus and a battery diagnosis method are disclosed. The battery diagnosis apparatus according to the present invention comprises: a processor for controlling a stimulus application device to intermittently apply, to a target cell, a second electrical stimulus that is greater than a first electrical stimulus, during a state change period; and a communication unit for acquiring current time-series data during the state change period and voltage time-series data indicating a change history of a full cell voltage of the target cell in resting periods of the second electrical stimulus provided in the state change period. The processor generates a measurement full cell profile on the basis of the current time-series data and the voltage time-series data, and analyzes the measurement full cell profile so as to estimate a negative electrode participation end point.
