Abstract: The present invention executes a process for displaying a drawing and an image differing in coordinate system from the drawing one on top of another, even when the drawing is of a general type. The present invention generates a temporary superimposed diagram using first information that pertains to a drawing of an object having a plurality of components and that is related to components on the drawing, and second information that pertains to an image of the object and that is different in coordinate system from the drawing and includes information related to components on the image. The present invention comprises: a second determination unit that calculates an overlap index that represents the overlapping of components on the drawing and components on the image and determines components on the image that correspond to components on the drawing in the temporary superimposed diagram; a calculation unit that adds up overlap indices at the time the second determination unit determined components on the image that corresponded to components on the drawing in the temporary superimposed diagram and calculates the aggregate overlap index of the temporary superimposed diagram; and a third determination unit that determines, on the basis of the aggregate overlap index, a corresponding relationship between components on the drawing that a first acquisition unit has acquired and components on the image that a second acquisition unit has acquired.
