Battery Manufacturing System And Battery Manufacturing Method

Abstract: According to exemplary embodiments, a system for manufacturing a battery is provided. The battery manufacturing system is configured to unwind an electrode sheet from a first electrode roll and wind the electrode sheet around a second electrode roll, and comprises: a server configured to store coordinate data of the first electrode roll and reference point data indicating a reference point of the first electrode roll; a programmable logic controller (PLC) configured to load the coordinate data and the reference point data of the first electrode roll from the server; and a reference point sensor configured to sense a reference point of an electrode sheet unwound from the first electrode roll and generate a reference point sensing signal. The PLC may be configured to obtain coordinate data of the second electrode roll by correcting inverted coordinate values of stored coordinate values included in coordinate data of the first electrode roll on the basis of inverted coordinate values of stored reference point coordinate values included in the reference point data and the coordinate value of the sensed reference point.
