Method And System For Improving Digital Capture Of Human Motion

Abstract: The present disclosure relates to a method and system for improving digital capture of human motion. The method includes receiving, by a motion capture system, a set of images depicting a plurality of human motions. The method includes determining if an input human pose in the plurality of human motions in the set of images is validated on application of a physics model, where the physics model is capable of validating the input human pose against principles of human anatomy and kinematics. If the input human pose is validated, the method includes determining a final human pose on application of a motion model, where the motion model is capable of determining the final human pose from an analysis of input human pose and a predicted human pose. The method includes processing the final human pose to achieve a smoothing motion, and rendering a processed set of images to a user.
