Long Fiber Nonwoven Fabric, Method For Manufacturing Same, And Sanitary Material
Abstract: In order to provide a long-fiber nonwoven fabric having a smooth surface without pleats and having good stretchability, at least one surface of a long-fiber nonwoven fabric according to the present invention is composed of fibers FA having a thermoplastic resin A as a main component, the ratio Dmax/Dmin of the apparent maximum fiber diameter Dmax (µm) and the apparent minimum fiber diameter Dmin (µm) of the fiber FA is 1.2-5.0, the elongation recovery rate of the long-fiber nonwoven fabric is 50%-99%, and the apparent density is 0.02 g/cm3-0.20 g/cm3. The long-fiber nonwoven fabric is preferably used for a sanitary material.
