Nonwoven Fabric, Method For Producing Same, Laminated Nonwoven Fabric, And Sanitary Material

Abstract: The present invention addresses the problem of providing a nonwoven fabric that has both excellent flexibility and mechanical properties, a method for producing the same, a laminated nonwoven fabric, and a sanitary material. The present invention relates to a nonwoven fabric that is composed of composite fibers having a polypropylene-based resin as a main component. The composite fibers have a propylene fraction of 98.5% to 100.0% and an isotactic pentad fraction of 90.0% to 100.0%, and are such that the difference (OC - OS) between the molecular orientation parameter OC of the fiber central section in the fiber axis direction and the molecular orientation parameter OS of the fiber surface section in the fiber axis direction is 0.2 to 4.0. Additionally, the nonwoven fabric has a melting point of 130°C to 155°C.
