Lithium Ion Secondary Battery Comprising Electrode Manufactured By Dry Manufacturing Method

Abstract: A dry electrode according to the present invention exhibits uniform distribution of a binder resin and/or an electrode active material in the thickness direction of an electrode active material layer, and thus exhibits excellent adhesion between the electrode active material layer and a current collector and improves the shape stability of the electrode active material layer. In addition, in the electrode active material layer of the dry electrode, the electrode active material does not have uniform alignment but has irregular alignment. A secondary battery, according to the present invention, comprising the dry electrode has an ohmic resistance that decreases according to a change in the state of charge (SOC), so as to have low heat generation if a high current such as high-speed charging is applied, and thus exhibits high battery driving safety and is advantageous with respect to thermal management of a battery.
