Blow Fill Seal All In One Machine

Abstract: A blow-fill-seal all-in-one machine, comprising a frame (1), an extrusion screw (2) and extrusion die heads (3) detachably connected to the extrusion screw (2) being provided on the frame (1), the extrusion die heads comprising a first extrusion die head (31) and a second extrusion die head (32), the first extrusion die head (31) and the second extrusion die head (32) both being structures capable of translating to each dock with the extrusion screw (2), and a guide structure providing guidance for the translation of the first extrusion die head (31) and the second extrusion die head (32) being provided on the frame (1). When producing a bottle body having a first center distance specification, the first extrusion die head (31) is docked with the extrusion screw (2); when producing a bottle body having a second center distance specification, the first extrusion die head (31) is first disconnected from the extrusion screw (2), the first extrusion die head (31) is translated so as to separate from the extrusion screw (2), and the second extrusion die head (32) is translated into position and docked with the extrusion screw (2). The guide structure can provide guidance for the translation of the first extrusion die head (31) and the second extrusion die head (32), ensuring that the translation process is stable and smooth, preventing deviation, and thus realizing rapid specification change.
