Abstract: A safety screen is a temporary protective system installed along the perimeter of buildings during construction. This present invention relates to a modular dismantling-type safety screen system for building construction. Conventional safety screens typically require large-area pre­assembly, resulting in handling difficulties and higher installation effort. The proposed system integrates the functions of a safety screen and an aluminum formwork support bracket within a single structural arrangement. The system is designed with modular components that can be assembled sequentially and directly on the structure, eliminating the need for large-area ground assembly. This approach improves installation efficiency, reduces handling complexity, and enhances adaptability to varying construction conditions while maintaining the protective function of the safety screen. The modular design also facilitates easy dismantling, relocation, and reuse across different construction stages, thereby improving overall safety and operational efficiency in building construction.

The proposal system integrates the functions of a safety screen and an aluminium formwork support bracket within a single structural arrangement The system is designed with modular components that can be assembled sequentially and directly on the structure, eliminating the need for large area ground assembly. This approach improves installation efficiency, reduces handling complexity, and enhances adaptability to varying construction conditions while maintaining the protection function of the safety screen. The modular design also facilitates easy dismantling, relocation, and reuse across different construction stages, thereby improving overall safety and operational efficiency in building construction.

The invention relates to construction safety systems and temporary works engineering. It specifically concerns a modular, dismantling-type safety screen system that integrates the functional advantages of conventional safety screens with aluform brackets, enabling simultaneous assembly, erection, and vertical progression
during floor casting.
3) Background of the Invention:
A safety screen is a temporary protective system installed along the perimeter of buildings during construction. It acts as a barrier to prevent falling debris, materials, and tools from leaving the work zone and protects both workers and people at ground level. Safety screens also provide edge protection for workers, reduce wind impact on working platforms, and help maintain a safer working environment during activities such as formwork.installation and concreting.
Traditional safety screens require large ground-level assembly areas, extensive crane usage, and significant logistics for lifting and positioning. Similarly, aluminum formwork bracket systems demand repeated dismantling and resetting for each level.
These processes result in time loss, workmen dependency, and increased safety risks.

Current svstems also reauire the entire screen to be fullv assembled at ground level before erection, causing congestion and logistical delays at Residential projects. There is a need for a safety system that eliminates ground assembly spaces, reduces crane operations, and allows live erection in sync with floor casting.
4) Summary of the Invention:
The present invention introduces a Modular Dismantling-Type Safety Screen System that combines the roles of both a safety screen and an aluminum formwork bracket.
The system is designed to be assembled part-by-part directly on the structure, eliminating the need for large area assembly. Each module consists of a guide member, an outer tube, and a platform base, which together forms a bracket capable of supporting outer handrails and safety fabric netting. Once the first bracket level is fixed, the subsequent brackets are progressively installed at higher levels with corresponding guide members and outer tubes, enabling simultaneous assembly and erection of the entire safety screen system as the building progresses
vertically.
5) Detailed Description of the Invention: 1. The invention consists of modular components including: o Guide Member: Fixed in segments at each level to guide vertical
alignment.
o Outer Tube: Connects to the guide member and supports the safety
assembly.
o Platform Base & Diagonal Base: Connection for the bracket, provides enhanced safety and load distribution.

Platform: Made with Adjustable walkway jallies for more repetition and
stable safety.
o Safety Handrails & Yellow Fabric Net: Attached externally to form the
protective barrier.
2. The first-level bracket is installed after casting the first slab on the cone which is fixed in the wall with the help of wall shoe and supporting shoe. 3. The outer tube, handrails and yellow fabric net is installed for entire safety formation. With that first level bracket the Second-floor level enabled for
casting.
4. After casting the second-level slab, a second bracket module is fixed above the first using the next outer tube and guide member connected to the wall
shoe.
5. Third level bracket is erected simultaneously with guide member and outer tube. Now the Entire assembled unit acts as a Safety Screen. 6. As the building rises, the entire safety screen is simultaneously assembled without separate ground preparation, eliminating logistics such as shifting, lifting, and re-erecting the screen as a whole.
7. After casting next level, with the help of wall shoes, the complete screen—once assembled—can be safely lifted or "jumped" using a crane. 8. Unlike conventional aluform brackets that must be dismantled every level, this system remains continuously in place, significantly reducing cycle time.

A modular dismantling-type safety screen system for building construction, comprising a plurality of modular components configured to function both as a safety screen and as a support bracket for formwork systems, wherein the system is assembled sequentially on a building structure during construction, the system
comprising:
o at least one guide member configured to be fixed to a structural element of the building at successive levels to guide vertical alignment of the
system.
o at least one outer tube connected to the guide member and configured to support a safety screen assembly. o a platform base and diagonal base configured to provide structural connection for a bracket and distribute loads to the supporting structure. o a platform comprising adjustable walkway jallies configured to form a working platform for personnel. o safety handrails and a protective fabric net attached externally to form a protective barrier along the building perimeter.
wherein the modular components are configured to be assembled part-by-part directly on the building structure without requiring large-area ground assembly, thereby forming a safety screen system that progresses vertically with the construction of the building.
