Abstract: The method for manufacturing a grain-oriented electrical steel sheet according to an embodiment of the present invention comprises the steps of: producing slab comprising, by weight, Si: 1.5 to 4.5%, C: 0.70 % or less (inclusive of 0%), Mn: 1.0% or less (inclusive of 0%), the balance being Fe and other inevitable impurities; hot rolling the slab to produce a hot-rolled sheet; cold rolling the hot-rolled sheet to produce a cold-rolled sheet; performing primary recrystallization annealing on the cold-rolled sheet; and performing secondary recrystallization annealing on the steel sheet subjected to the primary recrystallization annealing. The secondary recrystallization annealing step comprises: a first heating step in which the temperature of the steel sheet is 650? to 900?; a second heating step in which the temperature of the steel sheet is between 900? (exclusive) and a cracking temperature (inclusive); and a cracking step. The first heating step is carried out in an atmosphere with an oxidizing power (PH2O/PH2) of 0.05-0.40 while the second heating step is carried out in an atmosphere with an oxidizing power(PH2O/PH2) of 0.03 or less.
