Abstract: According to one embodiment of the present invention, an insulation coating composition for an electrical steel sheet comprises: 100 parts by weight of metal phosphate; 33-110 parts by weight of nanosilica having a particle diameter of 1-50 nm; 45-325 parts by weight of microsilica having a particle diameter of 0.5-50 µm; 28-215 parts by weight of nitrate; 10-100 parts by weight of a boron compound; and 8-110 parts by weight of a chromium compound.
