Electrical Steel Sheet For Electromagnetic Shielding And Manufacturing Method Thereof
Abstract: An electrical steel sheet for electromagnetic shielding according to an embodiment of the present invention comprises: a steel sheet substrate; and a film disposed on the surface of the steel sheet substrate, wherein grains in which the ratio (D2/D1) of the outer circle diameter (D1) to the inner circle diameter (D2) is at least 0.5 account for at least 70 area% of the total area of all of the grains on the surface of the steel sheet substrate, the average grain size in a surface portion extending from the surface of the steel sheet substrate to less than 1/4 of the thickness of the steel sheet substrate in the thickness direction is 80-500 µm, the average grain size in a central portion extending from 1/4 to 1/2 of the thickness of the steel sheet substrate is 50 µm or less, and the film contains 100 parts by weight of a metal phosphate including at least one among Al, Mg, Co, Ca, Sr, Ba, Zn, and Mn, and 3-150 parts by weight in total of oxides including at least two among Al, Si, Mg, and Fe.
