Abstract: The purpose of the present invention is to provide a biaxially oriented polypropylene film which has a high loss modulus in a relatively low-temperature region. This biaxially oriented polypropylene film is characterized by: comprising a base layer A comprising a polypropylene-based resin composition and a seal layer B comprising a polypropylene-based resin composition; and satisfying the following requirements (1) and (2). (1) The biaxially oriented polypropylene film includes the seal layer B as at least one uppermost surface. (2) In a dynamic viscoelasticity measurement, the minimum value E”(B) of the loss modulus in a temperature range from 25°C to 75°C is 0.16 GPa or greater.
