Certain terms may even be emphasized below; however, any terminology intended to be interpreted in any restricted manner will be overtly and specifically defined as such in this Detailed Description section.

[0029] In an embodiment, a body measurement prompt to capture measurement in any integrated e-com or a web based online platform may be done by capturing two full side and front view photographs. A prompt may be displayed to the user that shows the instruction to take just two full front view & side view photograph or upload and enter your height for capturing an accurate measurement. The user can follow the instruction to complete the process.
[0030] In an embodiment, the system uses AI computer vision segmentation to capture accurate body measurement which requires for made to measure apparels such as neck, shoulder, chest, hands length, waist, hip, inseam, thigh, knee, ankle, etc. In an embodiment, a front view and a side view of an individual may be provided to the system.
[0031] In an exemplary embodiment, the system provides accurate results with a +/- 5 mm tolerance range. The measurement model can be trained with as many images as possible. In a particular embodiment, over 4 million images were used for training to reach an accuracy with +/- 5mm tolerance [0032] Referring now to FIG. 1 which is an exemplary implementation of the system illustrating the various components of the system.
[0033] In an embodiment, the processing unit (104) can include one or more processor(s). The one or more processor(s) can be implemented as one or more microprocessors, microcomputers, microcontrollers, digital signal processors, central processing units, logic circuitries, and/or any devices that

manipulate data based on operational instructions. Among other capabilities, the one or more processor(s) can be configured to fetch and execute computer-readable instructions stored in a memory of the control unit. The memory can store one or more computer-readable instructions or routines, which may be fetched and executed to create or share the data units over a network service. The memory can include any non-transitory storage device including, for example, volatile memory.
[0034] The system 100 includes a user image 120 that is input into the system through an image capturing means. A network 130 connects the image capturing means with a user mobile computing device 140. The processor 104 may be hosted within the user mobile computing device. [0035] Additionally, the memory can be random access memory (RAM) and non-volatile memory, which can include a read only memory (ROM) and may include some form of memory storage, such as a CD-ROM, a magnetic tape, a floppy disc, an optical data storage device, and the like. These memory devices are bi-directionally coupled to CPU. Such storage devices are well known in the art. In addition, the machine instructions and data are temporarily loaded into RAM from non-volatile memory. Also stored in the non-volatile memory are operating system software and ancillary software.
[0036] In an embodiment, the processing unit (104) can be communicatively coupled to a mobile computing device (not shown)

through a communication network (not shown). Further, the communication
network can facilitate wireless internet technology to establish
communication between the system (100) and the mobile computing device.
Examples of such wireless internet technology include Wireless LAN
(WLAN), Wireless Fidelity (Wi-Fi), Wi-Fi Direct, Digital Living Network
Alliance (DLNA), Wireless Broadband (WiBro), Worldwide
Interoperability for Microwave Access (WiMAX), High-Speed Downlink Packet Access (HSDPA), HSUPA (High-Speed Uplink Packet Access), Long Term Evolution (LTE), LTE-A (Long Term Evolution-Advanced), and the likes.
[0037] Additionally, the communication network can be configured to
facilitate short-range communication. For example, short-range
communication can be supported using at least one of Bluetooth, Radio Frequency Identification (RFID), Infrared Data Association (IrDA), Ultra-Wideband (UWB), ZigBee, Near Field Communication (NFC), Wireless-Fidelity (Wi-Fi), Wi-Fi Direct, Wireless USB (Wireless Universal Serial Bus), and the like.
[0038] Referring now to FIG. 2 which is an exemplary implementation of the claimed system for measuring the dimensions of a foot of the user. In an embodiment, a single photograph of the body part of the user, such as a foot of the user may be used. 150 is an exemplary implementation of the system to measure a dimension of the foot of the user. A foot image 160 may be

input into the system. The system 150, after analysis and prediction returns
an image 170 showing the trial of a dress material such as a sock on the
foot.
[0039] In another embodiment, the system may be used to determine the
application/superposition of a dress/cloth on a user’s torso, lower body,
head, face and the like.
[0040] In an exemplary embodiment, the photograph may be taken to obtain
the top view keeping the user’s foot on a blank paper or an A4 size paper
aligning bottom edge of foot and paper. With these inputs, the processor,
with the help of the server and the memory, enables the AI engine to
calculate length and width of the input foot image to get an accurate sizing
data. or can be used for custom-made shoes. We use computer vision
segmentation process to determine the length and width with our AI model
which is been trained over 500,000 images of human foot, during
development phase and reached the accuracy with 1mm tolerance.
[0041] FIG. 3 illustrates an exemplary flowchart of a method (200) for
measuring body part length of the individual. The method (200) includes
following steps: -
[0042] - receiving (202) one or more parameters of the individual by an
input unit or an image capturing unit. The input unit can be a camera or any
image capturing device.

[0043] - processing (204) the one or more parameters by a processing unit
(104) that is coupled to the input unit (102).
[0044] - generating (206) first and second measured parameters by the
processing unit (104), upon processing the one or more parameters. The first
and second measure parameters may pertain to one of the length and width
of the body part.
[0045] – displaying to the individual, upon receipt of the first and second
measured parameters by a display unit (106) an image to assist with
identifying the measured dimensions of the body part.
[0046] As used herein, and unless the context dictates otherwise, the term
"coupled to" is intended to include both direct coupling (in which two
elements that are coupled to each other contact each other) and indirect
coupling (in which at least one additional element is located between the
two elements). Therefore, the terms "coupled to" and "coupled with" are
used synonymously. Within the context of this document terms "coupled to"
and "coupled with" are also used euphemistically to mean
“communicatively coupled with” over a network, where two or more
devices are able to exchange data with each other over the network, possibly
via one or more intermediary device.
