A Ball Piercing Device

Abstract: A punching device (100) for manufacturing a jewellery article (200) of the present disclosure comprises a base plate (10) and at least one pair of guide pillars (40) mounted on the base plate. An intermediate plate (20) is movably mounted on the pair of guide pillars above the base plate. The intermediate plate is defined with an opening (21) and a plurality of apertures (23) to receive a plurality of bottom punching members mounted on the base plate. A holder plate (22) is movably disposed within the opening and defined with a plurality of holes (24) to receive a plurality of spheres (50). A top plate (30) is movably mounted on the pair of guide pillars over the intermediate plate. The top plate and the intermediate plate are relatively displaced from a first position (FP) to a second position (SP) to punch a through hole on the plurality of spheres.
