Abstract: A battery mounting structure (10) of a vehicle (100) is disclosed. The battery mounting structure (10) is configured to hold at least one battery module (14, 16) 5 from above. The battery mounting structure (10) includes at least one battery clamp (18) and at least one resilient member (20, 22) configured to secure the at least one battery module (14, 16). The at least one resilient member (20, 22) is configured to apply resilient force on the at least one battery module (14, 16) and is configured to distribute force imparted by the at least one battery module (14, 16) to at least 10 portion of the at least one battery clamp (18). Such positioning and location of the battery mounting structure (10) enable securing of at least one battery module (14, 16) therein, which is not affected by the vibration of the vehicle (100).
