TECHNICAL FIELD
[0001] The present disclosure described herein, in general, relates to LED bulb, and more particularly related to the battery operated LED bulb in which a separator plate is sandwiched in between MCPCB & Driver PCB in such a manner that it blocks the ventilation chamber between the MCPCB as well as Diffusor and the driver PCB.
BACKGROUND
[0002] Background description includes information that may be useful in understanding the present disclosure. It is not an admission that any of the information provided herein is prior art or relevant to the presently claimed subject matter, or that any publication specifically or implicitly referenced is prior art.
[0003] Currently, there are many types of lamp devices prevailing in the market, such as lighting lamps, flashlights, and emergency lighting lamps. However, its function and application are limited to one, use and carrying are extremely inconvenient, and one lamp cannot be used for other applications, which is troublesome for the user.
[0004] At the same time, in conventional lamp fixtures, such as incandescent bulb lamps and ordinary CFL fluorescent lamps, incandescent bulb lamps are already on the brink of being deceived by disadvantages such as inefficiency, high heat generation and short life. Although ordinary CFL fluorescent lamps are improved over incandescent bulb lamps, they excite fluorescent powder at high voltage to emit light, so it consumes a lot of power, has low light efficiency, and fluorescent powder at the same location lasts for a long time When it is excited over a period of time, it deteriorates and may be damaged in some

cases, and because it contains mercury, it is bad for the environment, the life of the fluorescent lamp is greatly shortened, the heat generated during lighting is increased, the surface temperature becomes high, and further The spectrum contains ultraviolet rays and infrared rays that are harmful to the human body, and because the lamp body is made of glass, it is fragile, has low durability, has a rough appearance, and affects the lighting effect.
[0005] Hence, there is need to provide a rechargeable LED power-saving lamp device that is elegantly designed, easy to use, and easy to carry, and integrates functions such as concentrating lighting, flashlight, emergency lighting, etc. Thus, it is safe, environmentally friendly, power-saving, and has a long life, which is advantageous for widespread use. In addition, it can be used during power failure also.
[0006] Therefore, there is a need of an emergency LED bulb that automatically switches on when the power goes out and also exclusively made for emergencies, as when there is a power failure, this bulb continues to work by drawing power from its inbuilt battery.
[0007] Some of the prior arts proposes various type of battery operated LED bulbs but faces various problems.
[0008] FIG.1 illustrates the various components of the conventional battery operated LED bulb in accordance with the prior art.
[0009] The conventional battery operated bulb 100 comprises a B22 base cap 102 placed at the end of the bulb having cylindrical shaped structure with front end open and the back end closed. At the open end of the base cap 102, a housing 104 is attached having both the ends open, but the diameter of the front end of the housing is more than the diameter of the back end. The housing is generally made of plastic.
[0010] It further comprises a separator plate 106 of circular shape above which an MCPCB 108 has been attached through screws and the

PCB 110 attached at the back side of the separator plate 106. Over the PCB, Li-Ion battery is attached that gives power during the time of failure. This complete assembly that includes the separator plate 106 along with the MCPCB 108 and the PCB 110 placed inside the housing 104. Over the housing the diffusor 112 has been attached for diffusing the light.
[0011] The problem with the conventional battery operated bulb is that the separator plate 106 is designed in such a way that it allows entry of mosquitoes & insect inside the bulb through the Input wire section holes. Moreover, it also uses no. of fasteners to attach the various components of the battery operated LED bulb. FIG.2 depicts green highlighted section called as the screw hole in which screw are used for fixing MCPCB 108 over the separator plate 106. In addition, the red highlighted section shown in the figure has no fencing, that allows the entry of insects and mosquitoes.
[0012] FIG.3 illustrates a red highlighted window from the front side of the conventional battery operated LED bulb that allows the entry of insects in accordance with the prior art.
[0013] Hence, there is need of the battery operated LED bulb having configuration that obstructs the entry of insects inside the bulb as the insect's entry reduces the service life of the LED bulb and also requires less no. of fasteners for assembling the components.
