FIELD OF INVENTION
This invention relates to method of split scheme of body side outer in two parts and its joining while keeping front and rear door aperture in single panel.
BACKGROUND OF INVETION
Side wall is part of vehicle body which supports the vehicle from side. It connects floor panel to roof panel of vehicle. It also takes function of door post front, middle and rear, and provides hinge mountings for doors. It makes door aperture of front and rear door for entry of driver and passengers. It is crucial panel while maintaining door gaps. Conventionally side body is made from multi panels as door post front, middle and rear, top rail front and middle, sill outer and body side outer rear. Those parts are joined together by spot welds. In another method of joining the first and second panel, wherein panel one consist of front door aperture and part of the rear door apertures and second panel consists of remaining part of the second door aperture. In the above method the second door aperture will be in two different panels and during joining there may be chances that door gaps will not be proper with the second panel.
OBJECT OF THE INVENTION
The object of the present invention is to provide a split scheme of body side outer in such a way that door aperture of front and rear door will be in singe panel and the part behind third pillar of the vehicle will make the second panel.
The first and second panels have overlapping in part of second door aperture to have precise joining between two panels. As the first panel consists of both door apertures, it will support the maintenance of door gaps and flushness.

Figure 1 shows the joining scheme of first and second panels of body side outer of a vehicle.
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
Referring to figure 1, the body side outer of the vehicle comprises of two panels (1,2). The first panel (1) is having both the front and rear door apertures. The second panel is having the rear body outer of the vehicle. The above two panels are joined together to form complete body side outer of the vehicle. For joining these two panels the portion (1') in first panel, and the portion (2') in second panel overlapped and edges are spot welded. The spot welding are done only on places which are unseen from the outer side of vehicle in fitted condition. Due to the overlapping of the panels its also gives a stiff door post and need not to provide any additional reinforcement at the overlapping zone.
