Abstract: The present invention relates to a chair, particularly a molded chair which is fully ventilated and has Unique design to provide increased comfort to the persons. The backrest and the seat comprised of the web shaped material for proper ventilation. The chair disclosed herein is stackable with like chairs.
The present invention relates to a chair, particularly a molded chair which is fully ventilated and has Unique design to provide increased comfort to the persons. A process for preparing the aforesaid chair is also disclosed in the invention.
BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
In a world where manual labor is becoming increasingly redundant by every passing day, sedentary lifestyle has become an inevitable way of life for humans. In such circumstances it has become imperative to pay keen attention to what kind of chairs are we using to place ourselves while sitting for long hours at one place and in one position. The chairs available in the market are typically heavy, expensive, and uncomfortable.
Therefore, it is desirable to provide a chair which is fully ventilated and has Unique design to provide increased comfort to the persons. It is also desired to provide a chair which is UV and weather resistant and easy to move and clean.
OBJECTS OF THE INVENTION
An object of the invention is to provide a chair which is a good mixture of refined class, ergonomic design and uncompromisingly quality. 100 % virgin plastic has been used to put together this eye catching, sturdy chair.
Another object of the present invention is to provide a chair which is fully ventilated from back.
Another object of the present invention is to provide a chair which has been designed keeping in the mind the comfort and aesthetics required by customer.
Another object of the present invention is to provide a chair which is made up of Poly Proplyene.
Another object of the present invention is to provide a chair which is UV and weather resistant.
Another object of the present invention is to provide a chair which is easy to stack one above the other, move and clean.
SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION
A chair is described in the invention which comprises; a backrest; a seat; arms; plurality of legs; and a frame configured to support the backrest and the seat characterized in that the frame has the modified dimensions for the increased comfort for the user;
An embodiment of the invention is to claim a chair wherein the backrest and seat comprises of the web shaped material for proper ventilation.
Another embodiment of the invention is to claim a chair wherein the chair is stackable with like chairs.
Another embodiment of the invention is to claim a chair wherein the chair is formed with the process of injection moulding.
Another embodiment of the invention is to claim a chair wherein the chair formed by injection moulding is a single piece chair.
Another embodiment of the invention is to claim a chair wherein the backrest and the seat are connected in curved shaped to give more comfort to the user.
Another embodiment of the invention is to claim a chair wherein the chair is made up of Made of Poly Proplyene.
Another embodiment of the invention is to claim a chair wherein the chair is UV and weather resistant.
Another embodiment of the invention is to claim a method of preparation of a chair, wherein said method comprising; a mould die is affixed to injection moulding machine; raw material is put into the hopper of machine; the raw material is converted in to liquid with the help of heaters in the barrel attached to machine; liquid material is injected in to mould by machine; in the gap of mould of said chair takes its shape; by the help of cool water and air, temperature gets down and said chair comes out from machine.

Fig. 1 illustrates a front view of chair in accordance with an embodiment of the present subject matter. The embodiments as shown in Figure 1 comprises the height of the chair from top of the backrest to the ground level. The embodiment of Figure 1 also shows the thickness of the seat and also the height of the seat from the ground level. The embodiment of Figure 1 also shows the gaps between the front two legs and the gap between the two legs at the back.
Fig. 2 illustrates a right side view of a chair with Design corrections in accordance with an embodiment of the present subject matter. The embodiments as shown in Figure 2 comprises the height of the backrest from the seat. The embodiments as shown in Figure 2 also shows the height from the armrest of the chair to the ground level. Another embodiment of Figure 2 shows the height of the seat from the ground level. Another embodiment of Figure 2 shows gaps between the front two legs and the back side two more tilted legs.
Fig. 3 illustrates the top view of a chair in accordance with an embodiment of the present subject matter. The embodiments as shown in Figure 3 shows the length and width of the seat. The distance between the top of the backrest to the distal end of the seat is also indicated in this embodiment.
Fig. 4 illustrates a perspective view of a chair in accordance with an embodiment of the present subject matter. This embodiment shows the complete chair as a whole.
The present invention relates to a method of preparation of a chair, said method comprising the steps of MOULD (die) is affixed to injection moulding machine; Raw material is put in to the hopper of machine; by the help of heaters raw material is converted in to liquid in the barrel attached to machine; liquid material injected in to mould by machine; in the gap of mould of said chair takes its shape; by the help of cool water and air, temperature gets down and said chair comes out from machine.
TECHNICAL ADVANTAGES:
By making the modifications in the dimension of the chairs, a unique and modern design of the chair is obtained which guarantees a comfortable seat along with comfortable backrest. The material used in making such chair is Poly Proplyene which gives more strength to it and make the chair UV and weather resistant. The dimensions of the chair in the claimed invention are given in table 1 annexed to the specification.

We claim:
1. A chair comprising:
a backrest;
a seat;
arms;
plurality of legs; and
a frame configured to support the backrest and the seat characterized in that the frame has the modified dimensions for the increased comfort for the user;
2. A chair as claimed in claim 1, wherein the backrest and seat comprises of the web shaped material for proper ventilation.
3. A chair as claimed in claim 1, wherein the chair is stackable with like chairs.
4. A chair as claimed in claim 1, wherein the chair is formed with the process of injection moulding.
5. A chair as claimed in claim 4, wherein the chair formed by injection moulding is a single piece chair.
6. A chair as claimed in claim 1, wherein the backrest and the seat are connected in curved shaped to give more comfort to the user.
7. A chair as claimed in claim 1, wherein the chair is made up of Made of Poly Proplyene.
8. A chair as claimed in claim 1, wherein the chair is UV and weather resistant.
9. A method of preparation of a chair, wherein said method comprising:
