A Cleaning Assembly For A Fan

Abstract: The present disclosure relates to a cleaning assembly (100) for a fan (200) to facilitate self- cleaning. The cleaning assembly (100) comprises a bristle assembly (102) mounted adjacent to blades of the fan. The bristle assembly includes a hub (10), a bristle holder (20) and a plurality of bristles (22). The hub has a provision (12) to receive and mount over a motor shaft (202) coupled to the blades (206). The bristle holder (20) extends around in a radially spaced position relative to the hub and the plurality of bristles is supported and disposed about a periphery of the bristle holder. The bristle assembly is configured to rotate at a speed less than a speed of the blades. The plurality of bristles is structured to contact the blades to clean the fan (200).
