Claims:1. A combi-bar comprising:
a) sodium cocoyl isethionate (SCI);
b) alpha olefin sulfonate (AOS);
c) at least one soap;
d) at least one free fatty acid; and
e) paraffin wax,
wherein alpha olefin sulfonate (AOS) to sodium cocoyl isethionate (SCI) weight ratio is in the range of 1:1.5-1:2.

2. The combi-bar as claimed in claim 1, wherein the soap is selected from the group consisting of sodium stearate, sodium laurate, and sodium palmitate.

3. The combi-bar as claimed in claim 2, wherein the soap is sodium stearate.

4. The combi-bar as claimed in claim 2, wherein the soap is sodium laurate.

5. The combi-bar as claimed in claim 1, wherein the free fatty acid is selected from the group consisting of stearic acid, lauric acid, and palmitic acid.

6. The combi-bar as claimed in claim 5, wherein the free fatty acid is stearic acid.

7. The combi-bar as claimed in claim 1, wherein alpha olefin sulfonate (AOS) to paraffin wax weight ratio is in the range of 1.6:1-2:1.

8. The combi-bar as claimed in claim 1, wherein soap to paraffin wax weight ratio is in the range of 5.2:1-6.2:1.

9. The combi-bar as claimed in claim 1, wherein free fatty acid to paraffin wax weight ratio is in the range of 5:1-6.6:1.

10. The combi-bar as claimed in any of the claims 1, 7, 8, or 9 comprising:
a) sodium cocoyl isethionate (SCI) having weight percentage in the range of 14-16% in the combi-bar;
b) alpha olefin sulfonate (AOS) having weight percentage in the range of 8-9% in the combi-bar;
c) at least one soap having weight percentage in the range of 26-28% in the combi-bar;
d) at least one free fatty acid having weight percentage in the range of 25-30% in the combi-bar; and
e) paraffin wax having weight percentage in the range of 4.5-5% in the combi-bar.

11. The combi-bar as claimed in claim 1, further comprising at least one cosmetically acceptable excipient selected from the group consisting of moisturizers, fragrances, and structurants.
12. A combi-bar comprising:
a) sodium cocoyl isethionate (SCI) having weight percentage in the range of 14-16% in the combi-bar;
b) alpha olefin sulfonate (AOS) having weight percentage in the range of 8-9% in the combi-bar;
c) at least one soap having weight percentage in the range of 26-28% in the combi-bar;
d) at least one free fatty acid having weight percentage in the range of 25-30% in the combi-bar; and
e) paraffin wax having weight percentage in the range of 4.5-5% in the combi-bar.

13. The combi-bar as claimed in claim 11, wherein the soap is selected from the group consisting of sodium stearate, sodium laurate, and sodium palmitate.

14. The combi-bar as claimed in claim 11, wherein free fatty acid is selected from the group consisting of stearic acid, lauric acid, and palmitic acid.

15. A process for preparing combi-bar as claimed in claim 1, comprising the steps of:
a) contacting free fatty acids and paraffin to obtain a first mixture;
b) neutralizing the first mixture with aqueous alkali to obtain a second mixture;
c) contacting at least one free fatty acid with the second mixture to obtain a third mixture;
d) contacting the third mixture with sodium cocoyl isethionate (SCI), alpha olefin sulfonate (AOS), and cosmetically acceptable excipients to obtain a soap mass;
e) processing the soap mass to obtain a combi-bar.

16. The process as claimed in claim 13, wherein step (a) involves melting of free fatty acids and paraffin at a temperature in the range of 60-65 °C.
17. The process as claimed in claim 13, wherein step (b) is carried out at a temperature in the range of 80-90 °C.
