Specification

DESC:FIELD OF INVENTION
The present invention relates to liquid compositions, and more particularly to hair coloring liquid compositions containing conditioning the hair

BACKGROUND

There are a lot of hair color/dye shampoos available in the market. All existing hair colors/ dyes come with almost similar features, usage methods, and results. Some of them still follow the traditional method of powdered hair dye which has to be mixed separately, require gloves for application and it leaves the stain on skin. Also the entire process takes almost 2 hours to complete.

Hair coloring is currently a globally accepted fashion for changing of hair. Today, millions of consumers use hair dyes. From the young generation with playful attitude towards hair coloring to the older generation who hide their grey hair and to restore the original hair color, hair coloring products have been consumed by both men and women. The traditional way of dyeing the hair is both cumbersome and time-consuming. The commercially available hair color products were made in an emulsion form (combination of oil and water with emulsifiers). This major problem lies with emulsion-based hair color products provides stain on forehead, hand, scalp, face, neck and even in clothes

Hair coloring, or hair dyeing, is the practice of changing the hair color. The main reasons for this are cosmetic: to cover gray or white or black hair, to change to a color regarded as more fashionable or desirable, or to restore the original hair color after it has been discolored by hairdressing processes.

The chemical compound of shampoo/ liquid is not suitable for bare hands to touch that reacts and harms to the human hand and So a pair of protective gloves are needed to protect the user's hands during application of the hair coloring composition to the hair roots. A cleaning brush is used to aid in cleaning the kit components following use. Some coloring solutions come in emulsion form and powder form. They require gloves for application.

In much more Hair dye, which is the mainstream product available in the market, wherein the first dose of the chemical oxidizing hair dye has the main component of an oxidation dye, a coupling agent and an alkali, However, latest research reports have indicated that most oxidation dyes and coupling agents are highly toxic and carcinogenic, and slight to severe allergic reactions may occur at the skin easily after a long time of use or an excessive use.

In US20120141398A1, a hair dye and a hair dyeing method using a dye mainly made of natural colors (used in food and cosmetics), synthetic colors (used in food and cosmetics), and cosmetic colors. The hair dye can be applied for dyeing hair and skin at the same time according to the keratin-like structure of the hair and skin. The hair dye can be manufactured in a form of a hair dye cream, a hair dye lotion, a frost hair dye, a hair dye gel, a hair dye ointment, a hair dye shampoo, a foam type hair dye, or a spray type hair dye. After the hair dye is combined with a perm agent, a dyeing and perming product is produced for dyeing and performing hair all at one time. The natural colors (used in food and cosmetics), synthetic colors (used in food and cosmetics) and cosmetic colors of the hair dye penetrate into the hair by different hair dyeing methods to achieve the hair dyeing effect, and permanent hair dye, semi-permanent hair dye and temporary hair dye are manufactured according to the depth that the color enters into the hair structure

In EP1317917B1, the component mixtures may contain dyes, especially nitro dyes, which because of their small size can penetrate the hair and impart color. These products also require a finite amount of contact time with the hair and are, non-specific, again requiring the use of gloves and with the potential of adverse scalp staining.

So that there is a need required to provide a composition for preparing hair color liquid which is free from the above problems like highly chemical components damaging human hands while applying and eradicate a need for using gloves.

SUMMARY
The present invention is a hair coloring liquid formation made by a combination of colorant and developer wherein a gelling agent is used as a colorant and other antioxidants used exhibiting better consistency as shampoo and withhold the dyes/antioxidant effectively and provides excellent instant grey coverage, non-staining on forehead, hand, scalp, face and neck and better light and wash fastness on all hair types with given application time further the liquid does not require gloves while hair coloring and free from problems like damaging human hands while applying.
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE DRAWING
Fig 1illustratess the block diagram of the formation of the developer of the present invention.
Fig 2 illustrates the structure of Hydroxypropyl Cellulose.
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
Unlike any other existing hair coloring solution, the present invention of hair coloring liquid is a combination of hair color, liquid, and conditioner. Its non-sticky formula provides maximum natural-looking black color at minimal time requirement. The present invention doesn’t leave any stains on hands or skin, hence can be applied using bare wet hands and no gloves needed while applying on hairs.

There are distinct types of hair colors available for use on hair, beard and mustache and other body hairs. Those may not be too safe enough to use on arms or face. It may leave strong stains.

In one embodiment in the invention, it is developed by using HPC (Hydroxypropyl cellulose), a gel-based system unlike emulsion. HPC is a non-ionic and water-soluble polymer, often used as a thickening/gelling agent, and a film-coating material. The oxidative dyes used in the formulation were entrapped in a three-dimensional matrix of hydroxypropyl cellulose as shown in Fig 1 along with synergistic dose of Butylated Hydroxytoluene to aid for sustainable release of dyes on hair thereby preventing immediate oxidation or in other words delaying the oxidation unlike commercially available hair colorant
The present invention the hair coloring liquid is used for covering grey hairs on head, beard, mustache, chest, and hands, perfectly with no stains. The standard usage procedure of hair coloring starts with preparing the colorant-developer mixture. The colorant and developer come in separate containers. The user has to mix these two (Even one may have to add warm water in some brands), mix it well and user has to wait for some time to get it ready. Also this mixture may produce unpleasant and acidic odor. A suitable container may be used for easy preparation of the coloring mixture.

The present invention provides excellent instant grey coverage, non-staining on the forehead, hand, scalp, face and neck and better light and is fastness on all hair types with given application time.

Conventional hair dye gives an uneven and extra dark color to hair, where the present invention hair coloring liquid which is enriched with pearl extract makes hair naturally black and shiny and no need for an extra shampoo after coloring.

The present invention hair coloring liquid has made life so easy, comfortable and it gives younger look without much difficulty. The following table shows the quantity of composition of elements added. The present invention is designed and developed by using the permutation of below ingredients. The synergistic combinations are achieved by changing the dose of one ingredient and kept constant for remaining ingredients and its dose thereby checking the instant grey coverage, stain on face, head and also immediate oxidation of the product. The optimization is performed into two phases
Phase I - Permutation of gelling agents (Table 1)
