Abstract: The present disclosure relates to a composition comprising Bacopa monnieri extract, and linolenic acid , and uses thereof. The disclosure also provides for a method of use of the said composition for inhibiting production of reactive oxygen species.

Claims
1. A composition for comprising: a) Bacopa monnieri extract ; and b) linolenic acid, wherein Bacopa monnieri extract to linolenic acid w/w ratio in said composition is in the range of 3:1-5:1.
2. The composition as claimed in claim 1, wherein Bacopa monnieri extract weight percent in said composition is in the range of 0.000225%-0.000275%, and linolenic acid weight percent in said composition is in the range of 0.000055-0.000075%.
3. The composition as claimed in claim 1, wherein Bacopa monnieri extract to linolenic acid w/w ratio in said composition is 4:1.
4. The composition as claimed in claim 3, wherein Bacopa monnieri extract weight percent in said composition is 0.00025%, and linolenic acid weight percent in said composition is 0.0000625%
5. The composition as claimed in any of the claims 1-4, further comprising at least one carrier, diluent, and excipient.
6. A method of preparing a composition as claimed in any of the claims 1-5.
7. A method for inhibiting production of reactive oxygen species, said method comprising the steps: a. obtaining a composition as claimed in any of the claims 1-5; and b. contacting said composition with a site of reactive oxygen production, wherein said method inhibits production of reactive oxygen species.
8. A composition as claimed in any of the claims 1-5, for use in preparation of formulations for inhibiting production of reactive oxygen species. , Description:As Attached

Claims:1. A composition for comprising:
a) Bacopa monnieri extract ; and
b) linolenic acid,
wherein Bacopa monnieri extract to linolenic acid w/w ratio in said composition is in the range of 3:1-5:1.
2. The composition as claimed in claim 1, wherein Bacopa monnieri extract weight percent in said composition is in the range of 0.000225%-0.000275%, and linolenic acid weight percent in said composition is in the range of 0.000055-0.000075%.
3. The composition as claimed in claim 1, wherein Bacopa monnieri extract to linolenic acid w/w ratio in said composition is 4:1.
4. The composition as claimed in claim 3, wherein Bacopa monnieri extract weight percent in said composition is 0.00025%, and linolenic acid weight percent in said composition is 0.0000625%
5. The composition as claimed in any of the claims 1-4, further comprising at least one carrier, diluent, and excipient.
6. A method of preparing a composition as claimed in any of the claims 1-5.
7. A method for inhibiting production of reactive oxygen species, said method comprising the steps:
a. obtaining a composition as claimed in any of the claims 1-5; and
b. contacting said composition with a site of reactive oxygen production,
wherein said method inhibits production of reactive oxygen species.
8. A composition as claimed in any of the claims 1-5, for use in preparation of formulations for inhibiting production of reactive oxygen species.
