6. A method to prepare a composition as claimed in any of the claims 1-5; said method comprising: (a) obtaining a methanolic extract of Paulownia fortunei calli; (b) obtaining an aqueous extract of Coleus forskohlii calli; and (c) contacting said methanolic extract and aqueous extract to obtain said composition.
7. The method as claimed in claim 6, wherein said methanolic extract of Paulownia fortunei calli is prepared by a method comprising:
(a) obtaining Paulownia fortunei calli;
(b) grinding said Paulownia fortunei calli to obtain a paste;
(c) contacting said paste with at least one preservative, and at least one anti-oxidant to obtain paste II;
(d) contacting said paste II with methanol and stirring at ambient temperature for 18-24 hrs to obtain a suspension;
(e) filtering said suspension to obtain a filtrate; and
(f) drying said filtrate to obtain methanolic extract of Paulownia fortunei calli.
8. The method as claimed in claim 6, wherein aqueous extract of Coleus forskohlii calli is prepared by the method comprising:
(a) obtaining Coleus forskohlii calli;
(b) grinding said calli to obtain a paste;
(c) contacting said paste with at least one preservative, and at least one anti-oxidant to obtain paste II; and
(d) blending said paste II with soy lecithin, glycerin, phenoxyethanol, xanthan gum, and water to obtain aqueous extract of Coleus forskohlii calli.
9. The method as claimed in any of the claims 7 and 8, wherein said at least one preservative is selected from the group consisting of phenoxyethanol, benzoic acid, propionic acid, alcohol, silver chloride,, said at least one preservative weight concentration in said paste is in the range of 0.1-0.5%; said at least one anti-oxidant is selected from the group consisting of ascorbic acid, tocopherol, and combinations thereof, said at least one anti-oxidant weight concentration in said paste is in the range of 0.1-0.5%.
