Specification

CLIAMS:1. A composition comprising
a. myricetin; and
b. luteolin,
wherein said composition enhances metabolic health.
2. The composition as claimed in claim 1, wherein the myricetin to luteolin molar ratio in said composition is in the range of 1:24-24:1.
3. The composition as claimed in claim 2, wherein the myricetin to luteolin molar ratio in said composition is in the range of 1:4-4:1.
4. The composition as claimed in claim 1, wherein the myricetin to luteolin weight ratio in said composition is in the range of 1:22-27:1.
5. The composition as claimed in claim 4, wherein the myricetin to luteolin weight ratio in said composition is in the range of 1:4-5:1.
6. A formulation for oral ingestion comprising of a composition as claimed in claim 1.
7. The formulation as claimed in claim 6, wherein the myricetin and luteolin w/w concentration in said formulation is in the range of 0.001%-0.5%.
8. The formulation as claimed in claim 7, wherein the myricetin and luteolin w/w concentration in said formulation is in the range of 0.001%-0.2%.
9. A method of enhancing metabolic health, said method comprising oral ingestion of a formulation as claimed in claim 6.
