CLIAMS:1. A composition comprising of at least one microRNA or analog thereof selected from the group consisting of miR23a-3p, miR25a, miR29a and combinations thereof, wherein said composition cosmetically inhibits skin pigmentation.
2. The composition as claimed in claim 1, wherein said at least one microRNA is in mature form, or precursor form.
3. The composition as claimed in any of the claims 1-2, wherein said at least one microRNA is selected from the group consisting of miR23a-3p, miR25a, miR29a, and combinations thereof.
4. The composition as claimed in any of the claims 1-3, wherein said at least one microRNA or analog thereof concentration in said composition is 5-50pmoles.
5. The composition as claimed in any of the claims 1-4, optionally further comprising of suitable carriers, diluents, and excipients.
6. A microRNA or analog thereof for cosmetic inhibition of skin pigmentation, said microRNA selected from the group consisting of miR23a-3p, miR25a, miR29a, and combinations thereof.
7. The microRNA or analog thereof as claimed in claim 6, wherein said microRNA is in mature form, or precursor form.
8. A method for cosmetic inhibition of skin pigmentation, said method comprising of:
a. obtaining a composition as claimed in any of the claims 1-5, or a microRNA or analog thereof as claimed in any of the claims 6-7; and
b. contacting said composition or microRNA with skin,
wherein said method cosmetically inhibits skin pigmentation.

9. Use of a microRNA or analog thereof as claimed in any of the claims 7-8, or a composition as claimed in any of the claims 1-5 in cosmetic inhibition of skin pigmentation.
