Abstract: The present disclosure provides a composition that enhances collagen synthesis. In particular, the present disclosure relates to a composition of cactus callus extract, and orchid callus extract at particular w/w ratios. Also provided are method of preparing said composition, and methods of enhancing collagen synthesis.

Specification
CLIAMS:1. A composition comprising of:
a. cactus callus extract; and
b. orchid callus extract.
2. The composition as claimed in claim 1, wherein said composition enhances collagen synthesis.
3. The composition as claimed in claim 1, wherein cactus callus extract to orchid callus extract w/w ratio in said composition is 0.6:1-2:1.
4. A method of enhancing collagen synthesis, said method comprising of:
a. obtaining a composition as claimed in claim 1; and
b. contacting said composition with a cell capable of synthesizing collagen,
wherein said method enhances collagen synthesis in said cell.
5. A method of preparing a composition as claimed in claim 1.
6. Use of a composition as claimed in claim 1 in cosmetic application to reduce skin wrinkles and fine lines, wherein said composition enhances collagen synthesis.
7. A method of reducing skin wrinkles and fine lines, said method comprising of obtaining a composition as claimed in claim 1, and contacting said composition with skin, wherein said composition enhances collagen synthesis.
