Abstract: The present disclosure provides a composition comprising of lithium chloride and at least one chemical compound that promotes hair growth. The present disclosure also provides formulations comprising of said composition, preparation of the same, and method of promoting hair growth.
CLIAMS:I/We claim:
1. A composition comprising of :
a. lithium chloride; and
b. at least one chemical compound selected from the group consisting of N'-[(E-1H-benzo[g] indol-3-ylmethylidene] pyridine-3-carbohydrazide, and [(1R,2R)-2-(benzofuro[3,2-d]pyrimidinylamino) cyclohexyl] methanol,
wherein said composition promotes hair growth.
2. The composition as claimed in claim 1, wherein lithium chloride to at least one chemical compound w/w ratio in said composition is in the range of 1:1-1:3.
3. A formulation comprising of a composition as claimed in claim 1, wherein said formulation promotes hair growth.
4. The formulation as claimed in claim 3, further comprising of suitable excipients selected from the group consisting of at least one emulsifier at least one conditioning agent, at least one fragrance, at least one humectant, at least one preservative, at least one suspending agent, at least one pH modifier, at least one soothing agent, at least one antioxidant , at least one chelating agent, at least one color, at least one viscosity modifier, at least one cleansing agent, at least one diluent, at least one foam booster, and at least one aesthetic improving agent , and combinations thereof.

The formulation as claimed in claim 3, wherein said at least one emulsifier weight percentage in said formulation is in the range of 0.5-5%, said at least one conditioning agent weight percentage in said formulation is in the range of 0.5-10%, said at least one fragrance weight percentage in said formulation is in the range of 0.1-3%, said at least one humectant weight percentage in said formulation is in the range of 0.1-10%, said at least one preservative weight percentage in said formulation is in the range of 0.1-1%, said at least one suspending agent weight percentage in said formulation is in the range of 0.1-3%, said at least one pH modifier weight percentage in said formulation is in the range of 0.01-2%, said at least one soothing agent weight percentage in said formulation is in the range of 0.1-2%, said at least one antioxidant weight percentage in said formulation is in the range of 0.001-1%, said at least one chelating agent weight percentage in said formulation is in the range of 0.05-2%, said at least one color weight percentage in said formulation is in the range of 0.001-2%, said at least one viscosity modifier weight percentage in said formulation is in the range of 0.01-2.5%, said at least one cleansing agent weight concentration in said formulation is in the range of 3-30%, said at least one foam booster weight percentage in said formulation is in the range of 0.001-10%, and said at least one aesthetic improving agent weight percentage in said formulation is in the range of 0.1-1%.
6. The formulation as claimed in claim 3, wherein lithium chloride to at least one chemical compound w/w ratio in said formulation is in the range of 1:1-1:3.
7. A composition as claimed in claim 1 or a formulation as claimed in claim 3 for use in promoting hair growth.
8. A method of promoting hair growth, said method comprising of:
a. obtaining a composition as claimed in claim 1 or a formulation as claimed in claim 3; and
b. contacting said composition or formulation with scalp,
wherein said method promotes hair growth.
