Claims:1. A composition comprising:
(a) quercetin;
(b) genistein; and
(c) ubiquinone,
wherein quercetin to genistein w/w ratio in said composition is in the range of 4:1, and genistein to ubiquinone w/w ratio in said composition is in the range of 2:1-1:5.
2. The composition as claimed in claim 1, wherein quercetin to genistein w/w ratio in said composition is in the range of 8:2, and genistein to ubiquinone w/w ratio in said composition is in the range of 2:1.
3. The composition as claimed in claim 1, wherein quercetin to genistein w/w ratio in said composition is 4:1, and genistein to ubiquinone w/w ratio in said composition is 1:5
4. The composition as claimed in claim 1, wherein quercetin weight concentration in said composition is in the range of 0.3-1.2%, genistein weight concentration in the said composition is in the range of 0.09-0.3%, and ubiquinone weight concentration in said composition is in the range of 0.045-0.15%.
5. The composition as claimed in any of the claims 1-4, wherein said composition further comprises ethanol, climbazole, PEG-12 dimethicone, caeffine, water, panthenol, allantoin, and mixture Q comprising magnesium aspartate, zinc gluconate, and copper gluconate, and combinations thereof.

The composition as claimed in claim 5, wherein ethanol weight concentration in said composition is in the range of 70-85%-; climbazole weight concentration in said composition is in the range of 0.01-1%; PEG-12 dimethicone weight concentration in said composition is in the range of 4-8%; caffeine weight concentration in said composition is in the range of 0.5-2%; water weight concentration in said composition is in the range of qs to 100%; panthenol weight concentration in said composition is in the range of 0.05-0.3%; allantoin weight concentration in said composition is in the range of 0.01-0.1%; and mixture Q weight concentration in said composition is in the range of 0.05-0.3%.

The composition as claimed in claim 6, wherein ethanol weight concentration in said composition is 80%; climbazole weight concentration in said composition is 0.5%; PEG-12 dimethicone weight concentration in said composition is 6%; caffeine weight concentration in said composition is 1%; water weight concentration in said composition is 10.6%; panthenol weight concentration in the said composition is 0.1%; allantoin weight concentration in said composition is 0.05%; mixture Q weight concentration in said composition is 0.1%, quercetin weight concentration in said composition is 1.2%, genistein weight concentration in said composition is 0.3%; and ubiquinone weight concentration in said composition is 0.15%.
8. A method to prepare a composition as claimed in any of the claims, 1-7.
9. A method to promote growth in hair length, said method comprising:
(a) obtaining a composition as claimed in any of the claims 1-7;
(b) contacting said composition with a hair follicle,
wherein said method promotes growth of hair length.
