Claims:1. A composition comprising:
(a) solvent extract of Santalum album calli; and
(b) freeze dried extract of Rose indica calli,
wherein said solvent extract of Santalum album calli to freeze dried extract of Rose indica calli w/w ratio in said composition is in the range of 1:10-10:1.

2. The composition as claimed in claim 1, wherein said solvent extract of Santalum album calli to freeze dried extract of Rose indica calli w/w ratio in said composition is 1:1.

3. The composition as claimed in claim 1, wherein said solvent extract of Santalum album calli weight concentration in said composition is in the range of 0.001-0.01%, and freeze dried extract of Rose indica calli weight concentration in said composition is in the range of 0.001-0.01%.

4. The composition as claimed in claim 2, wherein said solvent extract of Santalum album calli weight concentration in said composition is 0.0025%, and freeze dried extract of Rose indica calli weight concentration in said composition is 0.0025%.

5. The composition as claimed in any of the claims 1-4, further comprising suitable diluents, excipients, and carriers.

6. A method to prepare a composition as claimed in any of the claims 1-5; said method comprising: (a) obtaining a solvent extract of Santalum album calli; (b) obtaining a freeze dried extract of Rose indica calli; and (c ) contacting solvent extract with freeze dried extract to obtain said composition.

7. The method as claimed in claim 6, wherein said composition further comprises suitable excipients, diluents and carriers.

8. The method as claimed in claim 6, wherein said solvent extract of Santalum album calli is prepared by a method comprising:
(a) obtaining Santalum album calli;
(b) grinding said Santalum album calli to obtain a paste;
(c) contacting said paste with at least one preservative, and at least one anti-oxidant to obtain paste II;
(d) contacting said paste II with methanol and stirring at ambient temperature for 18-24 hrs to obtain a suspension;
(e) filtering said suspension to obtain a retentate;
(f) adding dichloromethane to said retentate and stirring at ambient temperature for 18-24hrs to obtain a second suspension;
(g) filtering said second suspension to obtain a filtrate; and
(h) drying said filtrate to obtain solvent extract of Santalum album calli.

9. The method as claimed in claim 6, wherein said freeze dried extract of Rose indica calli is prepared by the method comprising:
(a) obtaining Rose indica calli;
(b) grinding said calli to obtain a paste;
(c) contacting said paste with at least one preservative, and at least one anti-oxidant to obtain paste II;
(d) freeze drying said paste II to obtain freeze dried extract of Rose indica calli.

10. The method as claimed in any of the claims 8 and 9 , wherein said at least one preservative is selected from the group consisting of phenoxyethanol, benzoic acid, propionic acid, and silver chloride, and said at least one preservative weight concentration in said paste II is in the range of 0.1-0.5%; said at least one anti-oxidant is selected from the group consisting of ascorbic acid and, tocopherol, and said at least one anti-oxidant weight concentration in said paste II is in the range of 0.1-0.5%.

11. A method to promote hair growth, said method comprising;
(a) obtaining a composition as claimed in any of the claims 1-5;
(b) contacting said composition with hair follicles,
wherein said method promotes hair growth.
