A Constant Weight Lpg Cylinder And A Process For Fabrication Thereof
Abstract: This invention relates to a constant weight LPG cylinder fabricated through an arrangement comprising of electrical check scale connected to a monitor through wt. differentiator and programmable logic control, the programmable logic control is connected to a drive which is connected to a welding platform for welding a joint strengthener on the cylinder disposed on the pltform, and a conveyor for the transportation of the cylinder. Further, this invention is related to a precess for fabricating a constant weight LPG cylinder comprising steps of measuring difference in weight between the cylinder and the fed vlue in programmable logic control, welding a joint strengthener on the cylinder, rechecking the weight of the cylinder follwed by transporting the cylinder by a conveyor.
