Abstract: In this invention, a hybrid architecture with multiple units is proposed to facilitate the women in the harsh situation and avoid getting hurt while doing so. The major aim of this is to provide safety, security and alert the police after pressing the button of the pen. The devices are deployed in the pen are very use full for the safety as well as writing purpose and take visuals of the area in real-time. These devices with the help of computing system analyze the whole condition and communicate the information to the local police station through wireless communication. In case, if there is any chance of getting attacked by someone then the emergency button will work to give the signal or alert to the police the pen connected with local police station turn on for intimating that there is someone in danger at some particular location and alerting them to help the person.

This invention relates to controller for the implementation of a portable electric pen for women's safety with Wi-Fi and cloud for emergency purposes.

CN106327646A: The present invention relates to a capacitive type position indicator used in conjunction with a position detecting device and having a pen pressure detecting function. The active-type stylus pen comprises a main housing of a sleeve shape, a printed circuit board, a front-end means, and an ON/OFF switch device, in which, a pen-tip receives electric signals from the printed circuit board and provides the electric signals to the touch screen when touching the touch screen. The ON/OFF switch device is disposed in an end portion of the active-type stylus pen and connected to the main housing. A switch mechanism is accommodated within an axial inner space of the ON/OFF switch device for selectively allowing the active-type stylus pen to be electrically-on or electrically-off.
None of the prior art indicate above either alone or in combination with one another disclose what the present invention has disclosed. Each and every day newspapers are glutted with cases of eve-teasing, rape, molestation, domestic violence and whatnot. So as far as personal safety is concerned, it’s better to be prepared than to be getting caught in the web, for prevention is always better than cure. And here we’ve piled the handiest personal devices that every woman should carry with herself and that will make them feel safer and confident when they step out. So, here is a device in the pen which is a protection device for women that will ensure that women are safe when they step out of their houses. It is not only for safety purpose but also, we use it for writing.

In this invention, a hybrid architecture with multiple units is proposed to facilitate the women in the harsh situation and avoid getting hurt while doing so. The major aim of this is to provide safety and security and alert the police after pressing the button of the pen. Figure 1 illustrates the architecture for proposed invention to generate the alerts generation to the police during the emergency for their prevention through wireless connectivity. The devices are deployed in the pen are very use full for the safety as well as writing purpose and take visuals of the area in real-time. These devices with the help of computing system analyze the whole condition and communicate the information to the local police station through wireless communication. In case, if there is any chance of getting attacked by someone then the emergency button will work to give the signal or alert to the police the pen connected with local police station turn on for intimating that there is someone in danger at some particular location and alerting them to help the person. Moreover this information also communicated to the cloud server through internet provided by the Wi-Fi module. Even the police can also keep monitoring of the women on the cloud server. This proposed architecture is effective for the implementation of scalable IoT and Lora network for the safety of women. This invention enables to implement the portable electric pen to the all women in India and whole world. Figure 1 illustrates the network connection of portable pen, this diagram helps us to understand the concept of portable electric pen where it comprises of computing unit to process all the information received through pen and camera module. The computing unit enables the AI model to estimate the situation. If it detects the any urgent situation related to the women, then it immediately communicates the data to the local police station through LoRa module. Voice module is share information in form of audio to the people. GPS module provides the location, where is the miss happening going on. Battery power supply is power the components for functioning. Figure 2 illustrates the portable pen inner components, where it comprises of computing unit to process all the information received through modules and led display. The computing unit enables the AI model to estimate the condition of the women. If it detects the any urgent situation related to the women, then it immediately communicates the data to the module and police station. The battery power gives the power to the all devices connected in the circuit.
